I cannot begin to describe how perfect this hat is. There are absolutely no imperfections. The black netting against the creme velvet makes the most beautiful contrast. There is a small ribbon knot on the right hand side of the hat - such a lovely little detail. Tag reads “Norman Durand Original” and stamp inside reads “Imported body, Cotillion, Made in France”
