This wonderful hat is in perfect vintage condition. The netting starts in the center on the top and falls gracefully down to the brim. In the front and sides, there are small dots of a pipe-cleaner-like texture that add so much cuteness. There is a purple ribbon bow in the front and center above the brim that tapers out and down. The hat is lined with a very stiff netting, and the brim is lined with a purple ribbon. There are no labels or maker’s marks, but there is a union tag on the inside.
