This spectacular dress has the most stunning sheer décolletage. It’s accentuated by a sequin design that encompasses the entire top. The dress has a dainty tie at the neck, and a black metal zipper on the left side. The front is gathered on either side of a panel, and there is a very small, and rounded slit at the base. There are loops on either side of the waist for your belt. There are no labels or maker’s marks. Dress is in incredible vintage condition.
