1940s Black Shirtwaist Dress with Belt and Pockets
What an absolute incredible piece. This 1940s black shirtwaist dress has seven black buttons down the front, and inside, closes with a single snap, and a hook and eye closure. There are belt loops on either side of the waist to hold it in place. The dress has nicely sized pockets on either side. The small shoulder pads inside have snaps to hold your bra in place as well! The sleeves have a small notch detail. There are no tags or maker’s marks within the dress and the dress is not lined. There is some discoloration underneath the arms (pictured).
