This GORGEOUS strapless gown by Victor Costa has a seashell bodice with a full skirt and a bit of a train with the ruffled trim at the base. The iridescent taffeta is in 100% perfect vintage condition with no tears, rips, stains, or holes. Every bit of this dress is simply stunning and makes an incredible statement piece. There is a zipper down the back and a clasp in the ruffles on the bodice. The tags inside read “Victor Costa”, “Dry Clean Only”, and “ 60% Nylon 40% Polyester CON EA Style 4679 - 1 Size 4 RN 49563”. Dress is in astounding vintage condition, but one hanger strap has been broken and retied together.  Straps are fully functional.

The mannequin is slightly too large for dress, but zipper goes all the way up with ease.

The fabric has no stretch or give.
